Retin A or topical medications must be discontinued 3 days prior to waxing service. We can not wax you if you’re on Accutane.

When receiving a wax for the first time and coming off of shaving, the wax may be a little more painful. It takes approximately 3 appointments to really get all the hair growing at the same pattern. Hair length should be at least 1/8 inch long (eyebrow length). If your hair is longer that’s okay, however it may be a little more painful. If you have a hair trimmer use a #1 attachment and that will make the hair the right length
